GYROTONIC® BODHI is a fully equipped GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®studio with all of the Specialized Equipment where international trainings are held, daily classes and privates are taught and holistic bodywork is given. We are located in beautiful Boulder, Colorado at 3200 Valmont Suite 4 off 30th street. 
 

We are a specialized group of master trainers, pre-trainers, instructors, bodyworkers and healers that have been practicing and teaching  the  GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® modalities for over 20 years.  Our studio is our sanctuary, inspiration, community and family.  Collectively, we work from the inside out to heal, invigorate and rejuvenate the body.
 

We also offer Rolfing, Myafascia Massage, Physical Therapy, MBODI, TRX, Cranial Sacral Therapy,  Alexander Technique, Trager Method, Personal Training, Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Body/Mind Centering Energetic Massage, Sports and Deep Tissue Massage, Classical Ballet Barre and Modern Dance.
