Jennifer DePalo-Peterson (Founder/Owner)

Jennifer has been an instructor of the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Systems since 1996 while dancing full time as a Principal dancer for the Martha Graham Dance Company(18 years).  Her teacher training was completed and certified by the inventor of the system,  Juliu Horvath in 1996 at White Cloud NYC.  She is a Master Trainer of GYROKINESIS®, GYROTONIC®, GYROTONIC Level 2, Jumping Sretching Board, Leg Extension Unit, Gyrotoner® and the Archway.   She is certified in  GYROKINESIS® Essentials 1,  GYROTONIC® Application for the Fascial Body,  GYROTONIC® Application for High Level Athletes,  GYROTONIC® Application for Dancers Format 1 and 2, Therapeutic applications for Shoulder girdle, Pelvic girdle,  Scoliosis, GYROTONIC® Pre-Post Natal Application, Osteoporosis, Wingmaster, Psoas Principles, Rejuvenation for Hands and Feet in both GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®, Lotus Blossom 1, Lotus Blossom2  and Juliu's Rejuvenation Course and Cardiovascular Breathing Course Proression 1.  She prides herself on having a clientele that has been with her for the longevity of her teaching and loves how GYROTONIC® BODHI has grown and flourished with a beautiful community of healers, teachers, practitioners, and friends.
